Answering another question, Madhya said, “First of all, I controlled my food and drink and removed junk food from my diet, although it was a very difficult task, but when a person has courage and decision, then one the task does not seem difficult. After that I started going to the gym regularly to exercise. Between that day and today, I haven’t missed a single day at the gym. If for some reason I can’t go to the gym, I do exercise at home.”

The Importance of a Good Trainer

 She mentioned, “I didn’t consult anyone about this.” I felt that there was nothing better than exercise, so I joined the gym. It is important that your trainer should be good to guide you properly regarding diet and workout. My trainer is Anis Sahib who did my personal training. He gave me very useful advice about everything ‘of course as a result’ I lost weight quickly.”

In response to the question, “Did you try to lose weight through dieting or through exercise?” he said, “When I started losing weight, I improved my eating habits. For example, avoid acidic drinks, sweets and fried foods. But when I worked out more, I started eating everything light again. I feel like working out more keeps the body more active. This workout is now part of my routine. No matter how tired or busy I am, I must work out,” she said while giving advice to women and men who want to lose weight.

I was very fat since childhood due to which I was never a confident girl but today the situation is very different, I took courage and pursued my dreams. Commitment to eating healthy and working out will help you lose weight and stay happy.

In 2018, I began attending the gym for the first time. In the beginning, there was rapid weight loss and then the rapid weight loss stopped and now the weight loss is coming slowly. I believe this is a lifestyle change process that has no boundaries. It requires you to perform better every day than the previous day.”

In response to a question, Madhya said, “When I started working out, my weight was 87 kg and now my weight is 67 kg, while my goal is to lose another 7 percent, that is, to go up to 60 kg.” Now I want to focus more on body tuning and also want to learn yoga. I would like to tell those who want to lose weight to lose weight for themselves and not for someone else. Don’t hate yourself but work on yourself to love yourself. Exercise daily ‘be active and eat a healthy diet’ but there is nothing wrong with having a chat once in a while. One more thing I will say is that in weight loss there will be many times when you just want to give up. Keep the goal of losing weight in mind.
