Overthinkers tend to indulge in two types of thoughts; Either they are burning the ashes of some past event or they are wandering in the unseen world of the future. Their personality remains locked in a shell, their attention is distracted from the task at hand. If they are in a seat, the conversation becomes irrelevant. Due to absent mind, they cannot express their conscience openly and suffer from unseen fears and suffer from insomnia, irritability and gradually suffer from many other diseases.

Reasons:

Gone time is not lost again: The most valuable thing in this universe is time, the right use of which makes a person successful. A person who is always immersed in unnecessary thoughts spends hours in this state. As a result, his personal life becomes chaotic and irregular.

Insomnia: Overthinkers are generally prone to insomnia. Which itself is a precursor of many other psychological diseases.

Grumpy Irritability and other psychological disorders: Pessimistic thoughts make a person moody and irritable. By doing useless analysis on pointless things, he becomes prone to diseases like irritability, weakness of the nervous system, laziness, Depression, Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia. According to a study, every year eight lakh people die of depression and related diseases.

Social Isolation: An overthinking person becomes a dysfunctional part of society. As a result, he becomes socially isolated and unwanted in his social circle.

Treatment:

Change of environment: It is very important to change the environment around you in order to get rid of negative thoughts and make yourself happy. Consider the scenery of nature. It will force you to smile by taking away from disturbing thoughts.

Develop Problem-Solving Thinking: An overthinker tends to think of his or her biggest problem, focusing on the problem rather than the possible solution. Get used to tackling problems with positive and constructive thinking.
