Being away from people or isolating yourself is called isolation or loneliness. Have you ever wondered why some people do not feel lonely even when they are alone and some people feel lonely even when they are with many people? There are a few things you can do when you feel lonely that can help relieve your depression.

As we all know man is a social animal he cannot live with another person or without the help of someone. Loneliness can make a person fearful, while the feeling of loneliness makes him prone to depression and other mental illnesses. A family makes a family while many families and families together make a society. We may need many people in the society to live. If we are sick, we need a doctor. Similarly, different necessities of life We need help from different people. It is not necessary to be physically surrounded by people because you can feel lonely even in a crowd, but your thoughts influence when you feel alone, which is usually when you are alone. Occurs when you are not satisfied with yourself or what you have.

These are all things that can make you feel lonely until you are able to think of a solution to all of these things and you may feel isolated and alone and need someone to be with. May be needed. When you are experiencing loneliness, it is not very beneficial for you. In fact, the feeling of loneliness leads you away from reality and into negative thoughts. This feeling can lead to self-loathing and self-criticism. We may need positive thinking and interaction with others to change the mood. Being socially connected makes a person feel more confident and strong, feeling lonely makes a person weak and confused.

If you can’t make time for yourself, you may feel lonely.

 Moments of loneliness can be difficult, but we must persevere in such times. In life, we may face difficulties in dealing with our loneliness, but we must not give up.

 4. Do not distance yourself from people

Selfishness and being alone are feelings that can lead to loneliness. A common reaction is to force yourself to think that you don’t really need anyone so things can get better and you can take care of yourself.

5. Write positive memories

 Writing Positive Memories Dedicate some time each day or just 15 minutes per day to writing down the special moments you’ve shared with friends and family about the beautiful moments in your life. This process can be enough to overcome negative emotions. This process will remind you that you are not alone and the memories will help to improve your mood.

6. Raising animals

Keeping animals is a good hobby to relieve your loneliness petting animals can be great for us for many reasons, but when it comes to loneliness, interacting with animals has the power to release dopamine in the brain. Which is a great thing because happiness is nothing less than a reward. If you walk your pet or take your pet to the vet for a checkup, other petsf you are lonely, change some of your habits.
