  • Knowledge of Meditation in Yoga.

Seventh level: Dhyana (meditation).

  • Meditation in yoga is the act of contemplation.

Eighth level: Samadhi (True bliss or ecstasy).

  • Achieving true happiness and peace with the help of yoga.

These levels of yoga help in the development of a person in such a way that he is able to take a better position in the society.

The coordinated movement of nerve cords between mind and body is called healthy life. If this connection becomes irregular, it can be called a disease. From ancient times, yogis were aware of this union of mind and body and its effects and knew how to control many diseases by using it.

Various asanas and mudras are formed in yoga exercises. Each asana and mudra has different effects.

Mudra

The principle of the knowledge of mudra is that man is not only an important part of the universe, but he also contains the five basic elements in the universe and has their effects. The five basic elements are fire, air, sky, earth and water. In yoga, it is believed that the fingers and thumbs of the hand are constantly discharging electrical charges, so by combining them in a certain way, their representative element can be controlled and any disease can be eliminated.
