Ways to increase breast size

1. Wall exercise

  • Stand in front of a wall. Place your palms against the wall at chest height.

  • After that, stand straight again by putting pressure on the hands and arms. Repeat this process daily for ten to fifteen minutes.

2. Roll the arms into a circle

  • Open your hands and spread them towards the shoulders
  • Slowly start rotating the hands in a circular motion
  • Rotate the arms backwards for one minute and forwards for one minute
  • Then move the arms up and down for one minute
  • This process should be repeated once or twice a day to make the weak and sagging breasts beautiful and proportionate.

3. Clap your hands together

  • Sit or stand straight in any position. Extend your hands straight in front of your chest in such a way that both palms can be clapped together.
  • After that, spread the hands and then bring the hands back together in a clapping pattern. Repeat this exercise for one minute. Notice the visible difference within a month

4. Clasping hands

  • Fold the hands and extend them towards the front and hold this position for 30 seconds
  • Now bend the elbows at a nine-degree angle and bring the hands back close to the chest
  • Then repeat the process
  • Continue this process for 15 minutes
  • Repeat this process daily at regular intervals

5. Direct chest compression exercise

  • For this exercise, lie down on the ground but first pick up a weight or a dumbbell in both hands
  • Hold a dump bell in both hands. Move your hands straight up and then, keeping your elbows straight, bring them down to press on your chest.
  • Repeat this process at least twelve times

6. Do push-ups

  • Special push-ups can be done to increase breast size
  • Lie face down on the floor in such a way that the palms are touching the floor
  • Raise the body on the palms of the hands towards the chest with pressure on the palms
  • Then slowly bring the body back to the starting position
  • Repeat this process at least twelve times

Remember that the effects of all these exercises may not appear overnight. Breast augmentation is a slow and patient process. But they can be increased through regular exercise
